Objectives: To convene and come together for a productive Constructability Review Session organized by SA FOURTHTRADE to kick-start early preparation for the Kurma Manis HUC project. The main contractor, MMHE and client, VESTIGO have walked through the foundational plans based on the work pack preparation. Highlights included presentations on project overviews, timelines, organizational structures, manpower loading and technical disciplines spanning HSE, QAQC, Piping & Structure, Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom and Commissioning & Start-Up. Actively collaboration and insights shared by MMHE and VESTIGO have laid a strong groundwork for smooth planning and seamless execution.
