Our Team Experience

Our team have completed over 80 units of offshore pedestal cranes major overhaul services.

We have managed over 100 units offshore pedestal crane operations and maintenance services throughout Malaysia.

We also have the experience of managing over 50 offshore pedestal rental crane services (30 offshore and 20 onshore) which includes removal and installation of existing offshore platform pedestal cranes as well as installation and removal of rental cranes.

Our experience covers all associated works including but not limited to inspection, testing and re-certification of various offshore pedestal cranes.

Major Repair, Overhaul, Upgrades & Maintenance

We are able to provide the following services as part of the Scope of Works in compliance with API RP 2D:-

• Repair, overhaul, refurbishment or replacement of engine, boom, winches, cylinder, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors or any other associated equipment.
• Upgrade cranes of various makes and models where at times the parts could be obsoleted, hydraulic and the electrical systems outdated resulted in intensive maintenance and downtime is unacceptable.
• Upgrade the hydraulic, electrical, ancillaries and upgrade the crane to current technology and safety to improve its reliability.
• Scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Perform planned & unplanned corrective maintenance.
• We can supply Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or compatible manufacturer’s spare parts and components for various types of offshore pedestal cranes in Malaysia.
• We can propose compatible equivalent parts if they have been declared as obsolete by OEM.
• Our inspection service scope of work is in compliant with API standard and its requirements 
• Our service also includes testing, where required, as part of client’s internal or external certification requirement.
• We provide crane health check services during contract handover or as requested by customer.
• We provide inspection and load testing services for all lifting gears (chain hoists, chain blocks, pneumatic & electrical hoists) including associated equipment (gin poles, overhead crane).
• Our inspection and testing services for lifting gears is in compliant with LOLER and LEMS regulations.
