To formally review the project’s deliverables and outcomes, ensure all project objectives have been met, document lessons learned and officially close the project.
The meeting was organized by SA FOURTHTRADE who together with sub-contractors presented all the deliverables and achievements including the identification of key lessons learned for application in future projects. These insights aim to reduce the likelihood of repeating mistakes and enhance overall project success.
