Objectives: To conduct a Pre-Mobilization Induction (PMI) session for the BINDU-A HUC project, aligning the MEB and PCSB stakeholders on HSE, QA/QC, offshore schedules and the complete scope of work including piping, mechanical, electrical, instrument, telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning and site instructions while establishing clear execution strategies, managing risks and ensuring seamless communication for successful project completion.
